Riot Birth is a nurse-led education and reform company for labor and delivery nurses who know something is wrong but have not been given the language, scripts, protection strategies, or collective infrastructure to challenge it.

Founded by Courtney from experience in high-risk labor and delivery, nursing leadership, patient advocacy, and evidence translation, Riot Birth teaches nurses to see power clearly, trust what their bodies are communicating, speak with evidence, document in the correct channel, and escalate strategically.

The goal is not reckless confrontation or isolated martyrdom. It is stronger professional judgment, practical preparation, patient autonomy, and collective nurse power for safer, more respectful maternity care.
